In Her Center
A monthly gathering space for women who are craving grounding, connection, and a moment to pause before moving forward.
Each month, we meet around the new moon to slow down, reflect, and gently integrate what the season is asking of us.
This is not about goal-setting or self-improvement.
It’s about listening.
About creating space for what’s ready to emerge.
Rooted is the foundation. A monthly place to land. This membership centers around the monthly new moon circle, offering grounding, reflection, and gentle integration. It’s designed for women who want rhythm and connection without overwhelm.

Inside In Her Center
What is In Her Center
In Her Center is a monthly women’s circle held with intention and ease.
Each gathering is designed to support you in:
Grounding your nervous system
Connecting inward and with other women
Journaling and reflecting with gentle guidance
Integrating the energy of the upcoming new moon
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to know what you’ll say.
You only need to arrive.
Monthly Rhythym
Each month includes:
New Moon Gathering
A live, guided circle centered around grounding, reflection, and connection.
Together, we’ll slow the pace, tune into the new moon, and create space for what’s beginning.
These gatherings may include:
A short grounding or meditation practice
Guided journaling prompts
Quiet reflection
Optional sharing in a held, respectful space
Replays are always available if you can’t attend live.
Journaling & Integration
After each gathering, you’ll receive journal prompts or reflection guidance to help you integrate what surfaced—without pressure to act or decide anything right away.
This is about being with what’s present, not rushing toward clarity.
How to Use the Space
In Her Center is not something to keep up with.
You’re welcome to:
Attend live when you can
Watch the replay later
Journal once—or return to the prompts throughout the month
Simply sit and listen without writing or sharing
There is no expectation beyond honoring your own capacity.
