We created In Her Rise as a sanctuary — a space where women could exhale, soften, and remember the parts of themselves that the world often asks them to set aside.

Together, we’ve walked through seasons of holding, healing, unraveling, and re-rooting. What we offer now is born from those lived moments — from the quiet knowing that when women gather in intention, something ancient awakens.

Our retreats are not about fixing or becoming. They are invitations to return: to the body, to the breath, to the earth, and to each other.
