Supporting women rise through everyday rituals and transformational experiences.
Through cycle syncing, education, community, and immersive experiences, we help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and build lives that feel aligned
We're so glad you're here.
In Her Rise was created from a shared belief that wellness isn't something you achieve on a retreat and leave behind. It's something you cultivate in the small choices you make every day.
Together, we combine our backgrounds in movement, Yoga Nidra, nervous system support, holistic wellness, and women's health education to create experiences that help women slow down, reconnect, and live in rhythm with their bodies.
Whether you're joining us for a workshop, tuning into the podcast, learning through Cycle Syncing Sundays, practicing a Rise Ritual, or traveling with us on retreat, our hope is that you'll leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
We're honored you're here, and we can't wait to grow alongside you.
Hey — we’re Meg & DelRae
We believe …
Your body isn't something to fight—it's something to understand.
Small daily rituals create lasting transformation
Wellness should support your real life—not become another thing to keep up with.
Every phase of your cycle has something to teach you

Community makes healing feel less lonely.

The moon reminds us that life moves in cycles and that rest, growth, release, and renewal all have their place. Inside In Her Center, we explore the phases of the moon as a way to reconnect with intuition, intention, and the natural rhythms of the body and mind.

FEATURED EXPERIENCES
Rooted in Ritual
In Her Rise is a retreat and ritual space for the woman who holds so much. We gather in stillness and movement, in story and silence — to return to the body, the breath, and the earth.
